Sierra Says: The Cadet DLX this season has been improved with “trickle down technology” from the higher end bindings of years past, but has not jumped up in price. It has a stronger chassis for durability, better padded straps for comfort, and also magnesium ratchets for lightweight durability all in order to keep you happy the entire day. Name: Union Cadet DLX
Pros: extremely adjustable,
Cons: toe strap feels a bit weird,
Flex: mid

Experience: I bought these bindings from a local shop over the summer on a super sale. I have only been able to use them on groomed trails so far waiting for more stuff to open, I think they are a solid binding very responsive. These bindings are extremely adjustable, the strap lengths can be changed, how far forward or back the straps are compared to the toes, angle of highbacks there is a toe plate that extends out for people with larger feet. the only negative comment i have is that the toe strap pinches my pinky toe but i think i havent tweeked them enough yet, and once i do that issue will go away
