I purchased a pair of Burton board pants. I am a Skier and have never loved a pair of ski pants like I love these. The day after I bought these they were marked down even lower, I e-mailed Trusnow and they credited my card for the discounted amount. Since I live at the beach, there is very little to choose from when shopping for ski/snowboard supplies. So, I tend to do most of my shopping online, but I am always leery about the service and return policy. Trusnow was great. I work in the retail world so I know how these places work. I was completely impressed with TruSnow. Their prices and service are world class. I'm from Canada and there wasn't to much selection in the board I wanted. I found it with no troubles at all on TruSnow's easy to navigate website. I also had some questions after the sale, which were answered immediately by TruSnow's sales team. Which is very rare to see these days. Great site - easy to navigate, fantastic pictures. Love the incredibly fast shipping. I think it's a good idea to offer a $25 coupon for reviews because that helps encourage buyers to comment on the products. My only suggestion is that when you have multiple colors of an item (i.e. goggles), it would be nice to somehow label which color is which. It is not always obvious. Some sites have it such that when you click on the image, the text in the color choice box changes. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Wow! That was fast and the packaging was nice and compact, not wasteful. Ordered Sunday night, had the 3 shirts by Wednesday, mid day-right size, right color, right logos. My son wore one of the shirts to school the very next day and another one today. And yet another one when he went skiing last night. Thanks for the super quick response. Impressive. Very impressive! Hey guys, just figured I'd drop you a line and let you know my thoughts on TruSnow. I've just tried on a pair of Foursquare Sallopettes in a board shop here in the UK, they were priced at £175, or $332. The same pair of trousers have cost me £101, or $191 from you guys, and that's with postage included. That's a phenomenal saving, and I've got to hand it to you. Great site. Great service. Awesome product. Keep it up, I'm always going to recommend you guys. In fact, if you have any sticker s etc., throw them in with my order and I'll stick it up at work (one of 3 indoor ski slopes in the UK.) Jono.

Your website is great. I just signed up about 2 1/2 weeks ago and i was amazed by the prices. I bought a gift for my girlfriend thinking i should order it 2 weeks ahead of time because shipping usually sucks on some online stores but TRUSNOW was quick and easy. I figured I would take this opportunity to write a review for Your business this time rather than a product. I have dealt with TruSnow twice now; once for a board and once for bindings. I must say that my experience has been absolutely great. I really appreciated the fact that even though I made a mistake on my first order and forgot to use the 25 dollar coupon bonus on first orders, it was taken care of for me with a quick email, something most companies would not have done. The review option is great! Not only does it give me real world opinions, but it gives the me a chance at receiving $25 off their next purchase, just for giving an opinion back on the product, awesome. I've told all my buddies about TruSnow now and many of them are looking to buy new boards, hopefully they will find what they are looking for. Only drawback is lack of selection at this point, but meh, you can't expect everything now can you. Thanks so much TruSnow, I look forward to buying more gear from you.
