Realy well made pants with just the right ammount of everything. Ill start at the bottom. First of all there are metal buttons on the bottom of the pants which alows you to either have them feel loose of a bit tighter around the boot and it just gives you the option of wearing them in your own style. Burton Fly Snowboard Pants
Posting on behalf of my gf who bought these pants when I was ordering my board few weeks ago.
She used them for a whole Saturday recently and found them to be without fault. Kept her dry and warm and happy the whole day. The fit was great and allowed room for another layer underneath but there was no real baggy feeling.

Burton Esquire Snowboard Jacket
This is a great jacket for layering. It won't keep you warm by itself on those crazy cold days, but for southern california riding this jacket is perfect. The jacket/pants zipper interface works as advertised and snow down my backside is history. Only complaints are the main zipper pull broke off and all the inside pockets use velcro.
