Not to step in on Highzman's deal here but my dad cuts vinyl as a side business and I might be able to talk him into taking some orders. I asked him earlier tonight about doing some stuff for my new board and he was down for that. So, I'll get him to do my stuff first and then ask him if he'd be willing to do some others in his free time. He has a ton of colors; all the basics plus hot pink, purple, diamond plate, metallic silver and gold.

He usually does full size banners and car vinyls so if he decides he wants to take any orders he'll have to figure out his costs on smaller cuts and shipping. I'll start a new thread once this is all ready to roll.

Again, Highzman I don't mean to step on your toes here at all, I had just talked to my dad about doing some stuff for my board when I stumbled upon this thread, saw the demand, and figured I might be able to help some people out. you could look up some local companies that do it.
Often its some guy cutting in his home or small office.
they're usually listed under 'signage'.
its worth a try, just call them up and ask if they do vinyl die-cuts. if yes, would they be able to make a small sticker for you?

ok, good to hear from you guys. Sounds like similar experiences..so i'm cool with waiting.

he probably is quite busy & does this stuff on the side. I'm not in a rush or complaining..his prices are very reasonable; so can't complain.

OK so I need three die cuts made

1) 10.5" x 8", doesn't need the black background, just put it there so you could read the text

2) a 6.5 x 5.5 die cut of this (again, no need for the black background as it's going on a black board)


3) a 11 x 10" die cut of this (same deal, black board so don't include the black)

Hey guys sorry i didn't answer sooner.
I cant cut/ship stickers to you guys, so if you dont know someone who can cut them, and this Highzmen guys doesnt seem to be answering than we cant make stickers!

I also dont really want to send logos out becuase I dont make any money off this - but the person cutting does, so if i send logos they can be re-cut and a lot of of ppl will buy logos... I'm only offering my help to make personal designs, for fun. Sorry Izzyfudl that includes the airblaster pill and pterrydactyl.

so if you find something you think you might like as a sticker, i will help you by vectoring it.
I can see if my friend can cut them, but I dont know how the payments would work... if you have someone who can cut them then I'll just send you the .eps file.

OR if you want me to show you what something might look like on your snowboard I can do that too... I can make an example (provided theres an image of your boards top sheet somewhere online).

I'm only doing this for fun, I dont wanna be paid. Work comes first though (sometimes... hihi) so if im slow theres probably a reason!

highzman- you're hookin people up at a great price! that's great I appreciate it.  I wanna get a few stickers done by winter that say JESUS SAVES.  So far i'm looking at the Celtic MD font, would the sticker be a rectangle  or would it be a cut-out of each letter with the details inside the letters cut-out as well? if i got you to make like a 10" die cut, is it possible to  cut out parts of it to be used at different times?

what i'm thinking is to get a large die cut sticker with multiple copies of my contact info...then i hope to cut them out one at a time & label them on various things i own.

die cuts are similar to stickers. You put them on your snowboard to customize or rep the companies that you support. You can see a lot of pros have die cuts of their sponsors on their boards.
Die cuts have no background sticker, and instead of like stickers that tend to strip and peel when wet, die cuts are made out of vinyl which makes them last up to 5 years. You can put them on your car, on your board, etc.

Highzmen does great work. I have over 20 die cuts made by him. The stuff looks great and the prices are fair!
