Hi Panther, I definitely apologize for the site being down for you guys! We definitely would like to know when these things are going on, so thanks for posting this thread.

Just so you guys are aware, the TruSnow staff tries to read these, but keep in mind, Web Errors like this will happen on any site. We worked it all out, and everything should be back to normal.

If anyone has any kind of trouble with placing orders, or trouble with ANYTHING - the best way to get your issue handled, is to actually give us a call. It's your fastest way to help.

I've been having trouble with that one too. Ah yes I know the one.  I think it only shows up when you're on the forums page... maybe?  But yea that one doesn't work for me either.  I get the error page with the one in the top right now, but if i hit back, it takes me to the same page - except I'm logged in.  So it works I guess, but really annoyingly.

the gray login bar has given me errors for over a year now... so i just go to the tip right and click on login....
thats the only way ive been able to login successfully on a reg basis...

Having trouble ordering.  I get to the "do not hit refresh" screen, then plain white page with text of the shipping options.  I've tried it on a laptop, pc, and two other devices.
