I know most probably know about the contest Burton has put up at the beginning of the season to poach the 4 remaining (soon to be 3 as Taos opens to snowboards March 19th, 2008) resorts that do not allow snowboarders. I was curious if anyone here had been able to participate or if we know of anyone who has. I have been tempted to go to the great Salt Lake area and do something (roughly 6 hour drive).
Burton Poachers http://www.burton.com/poachers/ I prefer to respect skiers as I grew up a skier and now snowboard. It just shows that people will find anything to discriminate about. |

true, assuming you search for jake burton's letter. however I searched for poach and burton contest. didn't show up, at least not of the first page of the search. I am sure you have never made a mistake, so I will try to follow your example from this point on.
