This reminders me of a court case I heard something about a couple of years ago. I think it took place in NY. A lady was sueing over the right to walk around topless. Her claim was that if construction workers or guys in general can walk around shirtless, well she should be able to as well. Her lawyers was pushing for gender discrimination. Not sure how it turned out.

Normally I would be inclined to support the underdog/rebel. However this one I really care nothing about. If she is following the law then she should be able to do it. Is it really worth suing and wasting her communities time and resources because she wants to be a free spirit? I dont think so. It really seems like she is being counter productive if she goes through with it.

are you saying she's being counter productive because she plans on suing them because they're not letting her do something, which they allow her and all citizens do?

I'm just saying it seems like a big waste of time and money for everyone involved. Either the community should ignore her if it is the law or she should realize that he free spirited ways aren't that important and a waste of taxpayer money if she were to file a lawsuit.
