Where's everyone getting their passes for this year?

I think I'm going to get the Killington Blackout pass because it's the closest place to my house.  Other than that, I hope to spend some quality time at Stowe, Sugarbush and Mad River Glen (if I decide to pull out the skis).

I like to go to different mountains when I make my weekend treks up to Vermont, so most likely I'll be buying my lift tickets individually or through ski clubs/group purchases. I might get a season pass to MC again if the price is right, and the benefits are good since I might be going to Whistler this season.

Overpriced, but not as much as the Student pass, which is $140 more...

Bayside, Queens.  But I'll probably be driving to work more often during the season to run off to MC for a few runs after work.

mountains near nyc that are opening in early november? I highly doubt so. Mount Snow, which is one of the most southern mountains in Vermont, was the first to open during the 2nd weekend of November.

^^^Mtn Creek is scheduled to open Dec. 7... earlier if there's a good snowfall.  That's closer to you than VT is.

uhh, well I'm applying for a job in the ski/snowboard shop in a high end clothes retailer. If I get the job, I get the shop discount, which means 50%-90% off lift tickets. plus my cousin got a job as an snowboard instructor at stowe and as a family member i get half off lift tickets. If I don't get the job, I'll probably just buy a stowe pass.

I've been to whitetail once, and liberty a tons of times (my home mtn).
This year, I don't think I'll make it to liberty, since I'll be instructing over at whitetail.

IMO, whitetail is much better, but not worth that 20 minutes extra drive on weekends with work to do..

Liberty is between my school/grad school and where I live, so I'll definitely be there. I've never been to Roundtop but drove passed the campgrounds last week. Any idea if that's any good either?  Where is Whitetail from Liberty? I'd like to try and go to each one at least once if they're worth it.

I still can't believe Mountain Creek has been selling them for $265 for all ages. Only time worth going will be the weekdays cause the weekends are going to be nuts. I'll probably go a couple times this season cause my girlfriend knows someone who works there that can get a some free lift tickets.
