Measure your head, or if you have any fitted hats it will say on the inside what size you need. I'm guessing with your size a mens small.

since you dont have a size i suggest going into a store and trying some on and lettus allknow because body weight and height means nothing you could have an abnormally small or large head (and i mean that in the nicest way)so we would never know

check the sizing chart for most major brands (red, pro-tec, etc.)... use a measuring tape and wrap it around your head to get an idea. and let us know your size.
for someone looking for something free, you're making us do a lot of work LOL

You can't guess on a size. If it doesn't fit or is too loose it's pretty worthless. Measure around your head above your ears and then match it to the size chart on a helmet page.
