anyone know when 7springs in PA generally closes for the season? a group of buddies and I were tryin to plan season end trip on March 20th-22nd.

Their website says they are planning to stay open through March, but that all depends on the weather. I'm not sure how late they've been open in past years.

They should still be open by then, I know last year they were partially open into early April.

When i spoke to the Rep there she said April 1st is the official close date, but theyll have skiers there afterwards, not sure what that mean

They have a park that you can hike once they have their closing day. Thats what the rep must mean when saying afterwards, and its only open friday, saturday and sunday during daylight and it will go as long as it can(May if possible).

I was up there tonight and this week seemed to really hurt them. Conditions weren't terrible but there were bare spots around the mountain and if the weather stays like this they'll probably be closing in two weeks(besides the hikeable park).

can't make snow if it isn't cold. I know around philly we probably won't be having any cold weather for the next week, maybe for the rest of the season.

i doubt they'll get any more snowmaking in for the season, they'll have enough snow to keep most trails open for awhile but with it being empty it gets to the point where its not worth it from a money stand point to remain open.

Tomorrow's the last day the lifts are running...so sad.
The park will be open for hiking though as long as they can scrape snow together.

i was there both sat and sunday. conditions were terrible but still managed to have lots of fun with my group. ahhhhh waiting til next season will feel like forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw pics of their hike park that they have now and it looks really good. Seems a lot more fun and creative than what they had during the season.
