You're in-between a medium and a large. You should usually size down so I'd go with a medium.

Thanks, I will go with a medium then because I could wear a seven hat but I like them a little loose and with helmets it is better for them to be snug.

You know I thought I was a medium too, but when I went to Sport Chalet and tried on some of the RED helmets, I ened up feeling more comfortable in a large. Helmet is definitely one of those items that you'd have to try on to be sure. My gf thought she would fit a small, and I thought so too, but I guess because of her hair or something, she fits a large comfortably too.
I'd reccommend just trying them out at the store first. If I didn't do so, I'd have ordered a medium and be somewhat miserable.

Do yourself a favor and physically break out the tape measure. Most helmet companies give you EXACT size information so you can't go wrong that way!

+1 on trying some on first, i went to a local store, felt bad because walking in, i knew i'm not going to buy anything but hey, it's competition, lower the price and i'll buy it from the local store |

when i chose my helmet i checked the cm range... I wear a 7 5/8 hat and
thats like 59cm so I picked a helmet that fit that size ( RED size
LARGE).
I never tried on that specific helmet prior and it worked out for me. I still suggest trying it on at a store first to be sure... kinda like measuring twice, buying once ya know? |
