Nick Adenhart R.I.P.

For those who do not know Nick Adenhart of the Los Angeles Angels died in a tragic accident last night.  He and three others, non players, were going out after the game and were struck by a drunk driver that ran a red light.  Their car hit a pole resulting in three dead and one in critical condition.  The drunk driver ran off on foot and was later captured.  May they rest in peace and may that drunk F#*k suffer more pain than the family of the deceased. 

I was at that game but one ramp away.  With that many people at the game and the camera footage I think they will get caught.  This stuff just doesn't happen at Angel stadium.  There was also a piece of cement (5x2 inches) that fell and almost hit some fans.  They were all upgraded to dugout seats. 

damn..don't follow baseball much...but it's always a tragedy to hear life loss over people who makes bad choices. drinking and driving IS NOT COOL and sierra's case..it is instant mancard being destory and burned.

After seeing those pictures I'm surprised that all four didn't die instantly.  The guy just looks like a felon.  As a repeat offender I hope they charge him with 1st degree murder.

I can see the Angles setting up a scholarship or foundation in his name dealing with drunk drivers. The Angles and Mothers Against Drunk Driving is a definite possibility about groups getting together.

that's terrible.  when i heard it was because of drunk driving, i just got upset even more.  when will people learn not to drive and drink.

HARDEST thing to do in life is forgive someone-my opinion.

Do you really think a guy like this feels bad about what he did?  He's a repeat offender and he fled the scene on foot.  When a normal  person accidentally kills three people they don't run.  They break down and feel like sh*t.  They don't flee on foot and evade the police.  Plus how many times do you need to forgive a person?  This is his second time that he got caught.  That's a lot of forgiving.  

terrible loss for everybody.  its a terrible thing to lose such a young and talented person.  he was a good pitcher with potential. may he R.I.P.

sad sad sad....  drunk driving isn't kosher at all.  Sucks to see someone so full of talent and potential; lose their life at such a young age

Very sad story yesterday. As a die hard Dodgers fan I got a reminder what really is important. I felt bad for his family, Angels org, Angel fans and all baseball fans in general. RIP Nick Adenhart. Another life lost for a stupid actions of another person.
