Of course he was going to get it eventually.  He also isn't stupid, he knows his knee's are bad, he would not risk playing a whole two more years until he was an unrestricted free agent to get paid.

Lemarcus Aldridge is next, but I'm sure they will lock him up around 70 million and call it a day.  I still think he will be the Blazers leading scorer in the next two years.  He has scary good potential and the drive to make it happen.

It baffles me, mediocre players on the Blazers getting nearly as much as Eli Manning.  Plus their contracts are guaranteed.

So now Marbury is done.  He decided to smoke weed on camera, then blogged about it afterwards.

This guy has lost his damn mind for real.

Kings still eat it. let go of Diogu a while ago and people are happy about it. hah, just wait until he's on a bunch of highlight reels and putting up 20/15 numbers.

EDIT: oh, and i LOVE the choice for Sean May! Confused

i DO like Sergio Rodriguez (thanks, shaka. haha), but having no big man for him to dish to doesn't help. Diogu would've been nice.
peace.

Hey, I think here are many NBA-fans in the forum. So why shouldn't we play fantasy basketball in our own league? Is anybody there who is interested into a SierraSnowboard-fantasy league? Please let me know.
There are two different games which are worth playing on the NBA-site:
- Fantasy Basketball in partnership with ESPN: http://games.espn.go.com/fba/welcome
- Pick One Challenge: http://fantasy.nba.com/pick_one/
I would play both. How about you?

I am down to play I guess.  I hadn't ever played fantasy football before this season and it is pretty fun.

Unfortunately there is just a small interest for fantasy basketball. Anyhow I can setup a league and we will see if we can fill it. Am I allowed to name the league SierraSnowboard?

By the way, I am really looking forward to the beginning of the season and I am curious about the Suns' achievement this season.

I concur.

I have a feeling the Celtic's are going to have a better season than they did last year. They just have to stay healthy and also develope their bench.

what was the other option besides lakers/clips? i don't think it'll be that bad..they got the LA/LA thing going, plus I don't think the clippers will be as bad as last year. they got crushed by injuries last year. but then again, dunleavy is still their coach.

I went to the preseason game Wednesday night between the two and they got into a bench clearing scuffle at halftime.  It should be pretty intense when they play.
