That is Crazy. Thanks for the info. I'll read up on it. Kinda really gross the way companies try to cut costs.

Ugh that is gross. I'd like to stop going to Subway after reading this but I said the same thing about McDonald's.

I need to start eating healthier. I mostly rely on high metabolism and being highly active to stay in shape.
Now that it is the offseason for me, it's time to start Skateboarding again. Really works out the legs if you're pumping through bowls and popping a lot.

Re: subway...
FYI their 9 grain isn't whole wheat, even tho the workers there say it is.. read the ingredients list.  Now I think off it I don't know if they even have a whole wheat option. "poor mans bread"

Look through that article and apparently that rubbery stuff is in most the bread you buy, even at the grocery stores on shelf.

Ha thanks man! But those numbers look like you're walking it at a really slow pace dude. I think the machine isn't reading properly. 5k should take roughly 30 mins. So its def off.

30 mins if you're taking it moderately slow. I try and stay under 25 mins.

I don't think the time matters, it's as long as you make it to the finish line.  Clap

You should tell all runners that. Especially the competitive ones that do it for prize money.

Impulsively signed up for a 10K that takes place right after my last exam. Don't know how much training I'll get in as majority of it will be studying. Just hoping my knees don't buckle at the finish line.

That reminds me of my cousin's dog, she would take him for a jog but once he gets too tired then he would just lay there dead so she would have to carry him home.  LOL

I wouldn't mind that just so long as the dog wasn't rolling in poop. Plus it would give me a workout at the same time. I need to get me a dog one day.

I have a rock climbing question.
I'm a beginning rock climber and I'm trying to buy some gear.
When I go I just plan to use a static rope to create my anchor points for a top rope climb.
My question is do I need an expensive fancy static rope, or can I just go to the hardware store and get a good rope? Aren't those all basically static ropes that they sell? If yes what material should it be made from?
Worst I had was wonderful.

Not an expert in climbing but I'd pay the extra money on rope that is meant to keep you from falling than going to a hardware store for it.

For the past 4-5 months I've noticed a small pain in my left elbow, light touch can often trigger some pain. I've considered tennis elbow but I don't think it's the diagnosis. I've even taken an xray which showed up inconclusive.
Has anyone experienced this before? I don't recall any past history of trauma

Maybe it's a nerve?  You might need to check with a different doc.
