haha. You're a punk Bru. I wish I could help Joel. We don't know jack about Seattle's restaurant scene though. I'll ask a few friends over there and see if they have suggestions.

Head down to Pike Street market, buy some jumbo lobster tails, then cook them yourself. Your girl will then be so impressed she will simply use your body to fulfil her womanly desires. Skip the japanese food.

These places are supposed to be pretty good:

Did you come to seattle yet? Jen is right on with those recommendations.
I've been to Maneki several times. The restaurant atmosphere is pretty traditional not super fancy or anything but the food there is awesome and the prices are reasonable. Very authentic. I haven't been to Chiso yet but it's supposed to be the best. I got a buddy who raves about that place. It's omakase style so you don't really get a menu to order from and it's $100 per person but I heard it's worth every penny. |

Yelp.com is the answer.
If you're looking for good beer, the Jolly Roger taproom is awesome. http://www.yelp.com/biz/jolly-roger-taproom-seattle#hrid:x3G_ndMaEYgdecoZc79OaQ |
