The move was the simple 12 hr drive from Dallas. I stayed in a hotel for a couple of days until I found a place to live but I definitely came up with nothing planned so that may not be necessary. I found a job within a couple of months (although I was riding most of that time) and i'm still at that job. If you planning on coming here its an awesome place in both summer and winter. Always something to do in the city and mountains. decent mass transit system for its size. Chicago is a great place as well but a different life for sure. You can't snowboard, climb a 14er and take a swim all in the same day anywhere else

I grew up in Vermont but now live in Texas. My two complaints: too hot and no mountains. Other than that I don't mind it too much.
