Nice! It's been in the 50 ~ 60s for the past few days. All that snow we had is melting quick. Feel bad for the ski resorts around Pennsylvania though.

Northstar is my favorite resort around Tahoe. Although it doesn't have the steeps like some of the other ones, the runs are wide and smooth and pretty long. They also have a good variety of park features. I'm not a park rat, but I enjoy going to the progression park for beginners to do small jumps and some big boxes.

Heavenly is nice too, but I hate the traverse between CA and NV sides. It works if I just stay on 1 side. I like the NV side more than the CA side.

I haven't been to Squaw but I've heard good things.

On a pow day, though, nothing beats Kirkwood's backside.

Nice, I liked Northstar cause it was very nicely groomed. I like Kirkwood cause it seem like an untamed beast. But I like Squaw the most, probably because of the Granite Chief area and it had 17 inches of fresh powder. It was my first time on powder!

Have fun!

The snow is melting quickly. The 50+ weather yesterday helped significantly. I'm glad my deck is no longer full of ice.

30 inches stopped the DC are quite thoroughly. Some home areas are still untouched by snow plows. Now I understand why people go crazy at the supermarkets when they hear a big storm is coming. Imagine if you had kids that eat like crazy, you would definitely need to stock up.

^ Spam!!!

Anyways...the office moved me to a new cubicle so now I'm not on the same row as the rest of my unit. They hired someone new and wanted her close to the boss and the rest of the ppl so it's easier for her to get trained. The move gave me a chance to clean out my desk and got rid of bunch of old files that I didn't need anymore. Now, my area is all nice and clean LOL

I don't know, they are a family owned business. Super friendly people. They don't have snow-making machines, so they rely on natural snowfall.

The Aaron Ramsey Curse continues... Alan Rickman (Professor Snape form the Harry Potter movies and Hans Gruber from Die Hard) died 14 hours after Ramsey scored a goal.
