grr..local bike shop screwed up my order now i gotta wait 3 days for a full refund ,going to find a better LBS somewhere in LA ,this place is douche bag central and has the worst customer service ever.

Why does stretching hurt but feel so good. Maybe that's why ppl like to hurt (sometimes)

yeah i was super excited when i got my free goggles. and hopefully i can get snough points by next season to get my last set of bindings and be pretty well off with boards for a good while since it with take me a while to wear them out. the only thing is seeiing if what i want is still around when i have enough points.

thats was i was thinking. its like a waiting game to see if you will luck out and get a good deal or not. but i bought something anyway and hopefully it will go on sale a little more soon so i can get some savings.

I was wondering the same thing.  I believe it is when they add all the 2014 gear to the website. IIRC, last year it was around June, July, August that they started adding new gear to the site (i think).  

Oh, by the way, I just hit 3000 points!!  WooHoo!!

pallooza I'm guessing that post wouldn't make a difference if it wasn't already watched for the guns thread. 

I don't know anything about knives but I assume that swiss army knives are nice for the tons of pieces that is built into them, but the quality sucks. I could be wrong

locking has nothing to do with how well a knife will hold up when using a stabbing motion it just means it won't close up on your hand if you stab wrong. People are much softer than tables especially anywhere you would want to stab someone to be effective so that theory really holds no weight whatsoever. Locking blades are kinda like "assault weapons" they can look scary and therefore must be much much more dangerous.

What makes knives stab effectively is the rigidity to not deform when thrust into something. does the non-locking mean that it can be for stabbing purposes but more the type to file your nail?

I was so tired yesterday that I woke up around 10am, ate breakfast, fell asleep. Woke up, watch a few shows and then got tired some more around 5pm. So I took a nap 5-8, woke up and made dinner, then a few friends all gathered at a house to watch a movie. Came home at 12:45am and went to sleep. So non-productive :-(

^^ most gripes: lost luggage, delayed or cancelled flights, and getting there 2 hours early to get through the checkpoint.
But if you fly later in the night time, you're golden! get there an hour early, no lines, and lost of luggage is reduced because of less passengers.
