On the docket: Strip a summer layer off my good board, put some wax on my rock board, and hem my new snow pants.

The only one i know of is21st-amendment brewing company's "Hell or High Watermelon". Is that the one ya tried?

While I did enjoy it, that was back in August when a very cold, rather light beer was great for those 100+ days! But it's november now, get to the stouts n porters! :D

Does that mean you get to leave 30 minutes early?! That would make it all ok! Our office orders turkeys for the employees every year, and they were delivered today. There are three pallets in the entry way containing frozen birds. I'm likely gonna take off a bit early today so i can grab one before it starts thawing too much to put back in the freezer.
Not sure what I'm gonna do with it though... Plan on doing a duck for T-Day. and NO! no turduckens!

Man, I can't stand that "Hell or high watermelon" stuff. Too sweet and tears my stomach up!

You know, I really get annoyed by space cases some times. The guy I have been roofing for just called to complain to me that rain in pouring into his house. NOT from the sections I did though. Yesterday, with about an hour of sunlight left, I go around to the back of the house to see what he is working on, and find him arm deep into his house. He decided to tear literally the entire roof off of one corner of his house. When I asked him what the shit he was doing, he said.."well, I was prepping the wood for the tar paper, and realized there was a lot of rot in the wood. So, I decided to tear it all out and make a dormer here."

Yeah, good job buddy, nothing like blasting an eight by ten hole in your roof just hours away from a major rain storm. Ermm We tried to tarp it up the best we could, but there just wasn't enough time to get everything covered I guess. Looked fine last night, but what do I know, it was pitch black out, I was lucky I didn't step off the roof! LOL

Should be a fun rest of the week over there...

This always happens to me too. Whenever I get my hair cut, my head feels lighter and it feels colder, especially during the winter.

I have not gotten my hair cut in over a year. I'm gonna go bald for bucks at my school in march so I''m interested to see how i feel with no hair after having a mop on my head for almost two years.

I cut my own hair every 3-4 weeks so I don't feel that "new breezy" feeling anymore. The hair cut doesn't always turn out okay but it grows back quick.

Overall, Skyfall falls [sic] short if you would have to critique it on some of the merits of good filmmaking: plot, performance, audio-visual coordination, and direction. In spite of that, there are some of the redeeming qualities: Judi Dench (who is always beautiful to watch on-screen), clever allusions to vintage 007 films to treat the fans, some superb cinematography for landscapes and certain moving shots.

I'm not a Bond connoisseur nor am I a film critic, but I really went into seeing Skyfall with absolutely zero awareness of any of its plot, trailers, cast and crew, or contiguity within the Bond franchise. So, by going in neutral, I came out unimpressed. It's not a bad film, but not spectacular by its merits.
