Merry CHristmas to everyone :). It's just about closing up, and it's been a busy day for me! Multiple gift exchanges, most of the stuff i got from the fam are gift certificates (a few for places i asked for, a couple surprises (though I'll DEFINITELY use em :D). GF got me some new sb gloves and pants (my old pair of gloves ripped last week, so perfect timing there :) ), along with a bunch of other cool items. I got her a super soft bath robe. Looks great on her, but the comfort thing may have backfired as it's gonna be more work to get her out of it now ;).

 Going to get anywhere from 6-12 inches in the city. Can't wait for my ride into work this afternoon. Going to get to see how well my low knob trail tires do on the snow. Now I just have to find all my cold/wet riding gear... |

Went around Boxing Day shopping for 2 hrs... ended up just buying a bunch of other stuff for other people. I guess that's pretty good, saved my money.

HOLEE CRAP man! Vaughan Mills mall was INTENSE this afternoon. People were parking on the grass, on the curb, over the lines in between handicap spaces... line-ups to enter stores like Nike, Adidas, Michael Kors, Guess, etc. Longer than roller coaster queues. INSANE! I don't think I want to do that again.

I always forget how nice it is to have snow/ice tires on the car. Passing idiots on the roads like it's my job. Just kind of wish my car wasn't lowered though. Constant barrage of poundage on the underbody.

Don't feel too bad. I worked a double shift yesterday at my shop (bicycle store) and we only had two people come in. One bought a spare inner tube, and the other wanted to know where the climbing store was. Needless to say I was beyond bored.. |
