Got my MRI results back.  My ligaments are good!  Yessss!  The bones are what took the impact so now I can start doing quad strengthening and range of motion physical therapy.

Non weight bearing for another 3 weeks though :(

It feels weird to be congratulating an injury but no damage to ligaments is a huge positive! Now onto the boring rehab

Ordered my 2013 bindings in October. It's been 5 months and still no bindings. I called the manufacturer's Canadian sales rep and I'm going to order it directly from the source... F*ck buying local and f*ck the middle man. Going way up the food chain from now on. Maybe I can get my hands on Japan-/EU-limited products or get a custom-made binding next time if I'm lucky.

True that. It's always super cool to see someone finally start to pick it up. Its not too fun waiting for 15 mins at the bottom for them

4-5 months to be able to do most activities.

Going to start physical therapy next week.  Quad strengthening and getting back the range of motion in my knee.  Can't wait to be able to start moving the knee around.

Letting the baby sleep in the bed. Not a great idea. Not unless you like getting kicked, having no blanket, and no room on the bed.

I agree. Blackberries were great before the iPhone can out and beat it in User-friendliness and Efficiency.. I don't see Blackberry's having a come back to being the preferred smart phone.

Yup already taking calcium supplements.  Probably going to take some joint supplements too since I did hit the knee.  Also it'll probably help with the wrist I broke a few seasons back since that thing cracks more than my right wrist.

i took glucosamine for a while. i think it was all pscyhological effects since studies have been inconclusive on their use. some have recommended taking fish oil but i passed on the taste. I just stuck to eating more fish. Stretching actually helped the most when I i was having pain in both my knees.

I would be very depressed if I was lactose intolerant.  I like cheese and sour creme way too much.  I don't really drink that much milk anymore.  Not like when I was a kid and drank like half a gallon a day.

On another note, I had a pretty productive Saturday.  I stopped by Harbor Freight for some ratchet sockets.  And I finally replaced the broken tail gate latch on the truck.  Then I washed it.  It sure beats laying around all day getting drunk. LOL

Aw yeah! After two months of entering my search and win points, I ended up winning the 100$ sessions gift card! Woooo. After all my entries I would of been so damn pissed if I didn't win it. My logic was instead of trying to get 6,000 points for a sessions jacket, enter in about 1000 points into the sweepstakes and pay the slight difference for the gear with cash if needed to.  Saves me a lot of time doing that.

Want a chance at sweepstakes or buying gear with search points? Click the sessions image below! =]
