I bowl once or twice a year and for my first couple of games I always get 130-160. After that I suck pretty bad. Must be the alcohol or I tire out.

I'll average 100 pins. The more I drink, the better I get. Until my arm gets tired after 3 games. Launching a 12 lb ball.

I like jackfruit but not a lot, I don't eat it by itself, it usually goes with other fruits like fried bananas..

Isnt there a large asian population near ontario? You think a 99 ranch market would import jack fruit there.

There is quite a large population of asians.. but not many people buy jackfruit it seems..
Really doubt a 99 ranch Market would do that. not enough demand.

It almost feels good to be back at work today. Considering the week & a half that I just went through. It sometimes feels good to get back to some sort of ‘normal’ routine.

Speaking of fresh fruits. I have relative in California that grow Dragon fruit, Guava and other exotic types. By far, my most favorite exotic fruit would be the Mangosteen (purple mangosteen) only eat it when it's fresh or you'll be eating rotten fruit! haha

My parents grows dragon fruits and guavas in the backyard as well as other fruits and veggies.  My friend loves star fruit as well but I've never seen them before in the asian stores.

We have star fruit here at a local grocery store and sometimes I see them at Walmart and HyVee too. Funny thing I noticed a while back when HyVee had a mangosteen sale because no one knew what it was. They were selling it for dirt cheap and the asian stores were selling them 5 times more the price! haha, we lucked out.

see thing with star fruit, is that it scared me off after l got  1 week worth of diarhea after eating it. More than likely it wasn't clean as l was in China when l first had it. Guava also doesnt have such a strong flavor, but is very good imo

Yup, the papaya here sucks, but sweet mangos are the best. I don't care where there from. Not into the sour mangos.

The weirdest fruits tastes the best imo. Well... most of the time anyway. Basically the skin is really bitter (if you bite it to open it up) but once you get past that it's like eating nectar--with a sweet aroma that's not overwhelming at all.
