Switch riding is a lot of fun when you're teaching someone. I might swap my bindings around when I'm teach my girl friend

Unless you're trying to break up with her, I would send her with an instructor.  If you're trying to stay hitched, give her the basics carpet boarding, then meet back up with her after her lessons to goof off.

Sideways: you're on fire today man!  I mean, you've rubbed out some good ones.  You're really jacked up about these puns.

I wish someone told me that years ago! The good thing is now my gf is better so I don't have to teach her anymore. But it was a really bumpy road.

^^ Yep... i have such a hard time trying to "ride" switch.  I can land switch  and skidder around and such, but I have like 20% of the skill riding regs.   I'm always like, OK... here i go. I'm going to learn.  Then I chicken out anyway.

Today was day 2 for me

Picking up my buddy

Pretty heavy snow, visibility maybe 40 metres.

Went out of bounds for some shin-deep powder and first tracks. Got in a lot of trouble from ski patrol (trespassing) after this one but it was worth it.

I have my board (on the right) set up for goofy but I can ride switch at like maybe 98% proficiency. Oddly enough, I prefer sending it off kickers switch as well.

Also, yes, I've got like 80 bottles of beer sitting in my hallway, waiting to finish a few more before I cash them all in.

Dude it was pretty sick today! Snow kept falling most of the day and it wasn't crowded. Wind was a bit strong and icy, especially when riding under the snow guns. You able to reach this Saturday to Blue? I'm going with a party of 41 boarders meeting there as part of a social group. I believe lift tickets *may* still be discounted at $39 for that day.

That's the thing, I'm not super experienced so IDK what would be good for me. I use flows right now and really enjoy riding all mountain and I am just starting to do park. I have no idea with the stiffness

Nice pics man.  Sometimes you just gotta poach buttery smooth fluff like that.  But remember, don't get caught next time! Big smile

I always thought he was weird growing up. My parents said he asked my dad for knives when he was younger. I haven't talked to either of them for a few years but I looked at his facebook and he was into some weird ass voodoo stuff.

That is totally messed up, did the son have issues or something?  It's always sad to be done in my someone you know and even worst your own family.

I always thought he was weird growing up. My parents said he asked my dad for knives when he was younger. I haven't talked to either of them for a few years but I looked at his facebook and he was into some weird ass voodoo stuff.

Dang that is crazy. I've heard some people go insane after messing around with witch crafty stuff. It's not something to joke with.

Some people were insane to begin with without the voodoo stuff but yeah kid certainly does seem like he had issues.

So last night when telling my dog to go outside to the bathroom at 9pm, she said "this is your last chance until 3am when you can wake Dad (that's me) and he'll take care of you."

My dog then gave a single loud bark in the middle of the night indicating that she wanted to go out, and I looked at my phone and it was exactly 3:00am. How weird is that?
