My order was missing two items.  I emailed them and received a response right away.  They ran out, which was my guess, and said that they would issue a refund for those items as soon as they get caught up with all the craziness.

I though they had a system where if they no longer have it in stock the website would say "sold out"?   I bought ALOT of stuff and want every piece :)

I know when I ordered the email I got from them said boxers in S and the book were OOS. I redid my order, really hoping everything comes in.

I hope my order will arrive complete. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything yet about shipping.

The website was stating what was and what wasn't in stock. They must have messed up somewhere if you guys aren't getting all of your orders. That doesn't give me much hope since I ordered on the 15th.

I got 2/4 of the things I ordered but thankfully it was the 2 things that I really wanted so it worked out just fine.  Got them in the mail today.

My order from the 15th shipped. I wonder what it will have/not have in it.
I didn't get a refund on the items they didn't ship in my first box yet, and they didn't respond to my e-mail.

just got an e-mail and said they were getting caught up with orders from december 16th and issuing refunds for any items not shipped. crossing my fingers for socks ordered tons best socks ever.....bummed eesa's done.

Still waiting on ours.  Been about 17 days. 

mine was shipped a week after I ordered... got it 3 days after that... Cleary sent me a free beanie with my order =)

I'm ordering socks soon... hopefully everyone's stuff will be sent out soon!!!!

some of you bitch a lot.

1. many people have been saying time and time again that they placed their orders early december, and got it barely before christmas (that would make for ~20 day wait).

2. you're getting great gear for a ridiculous price.

3. they're issuing refunds. sucks that some of you are not getting your gear, but they're giving you refunds.

4. this may not mean much to some, but i e-mailed cleary after i placed my order asking if there was any possibility that i'd get my shipment in sooner since i paid a bit more for 3 day shipping. he said there was no way and would definitely refund my shipping costs. i've had pretty good contact with cleary, and maybe i was just lucky.

i ordered mine quite a bit later than some (17th, i believe), so we'll see what i actually get. maybe i got lucky and ordered stuff that others weren't trying to get, so we'll see. if i don't get anything, i'm sure i'll get my money back, no problemo. it was worth a shot to get some sick layering for a ridiculous price.

Interesting, we shipped everything yesterday (we finally caught up), but I don't see your order.

i ordered on the 7th, they sent an email on the 13th saying they would pack and ship by the end of the week. still nothing.

i've been answering questions on eesa at easyloungin. here's the thread link (sorry too much work to double post on multiple messageboards).

Well I got 3 things out of the 9 things I ordered, paid about $18.00 in shipping. And I live in MD where it was shipped from. I think that is a bit ridiculous. Actually, I just checked the address and it shipped from about 5 minutes from my house.

Damn kMc, I'd be pissed too. 18 bucks shipping for 3 items IS ridiculous regardless of how good a deal it was or still is. Especially considering your proximity.. If i were you, I'd try to get some of your shipping charges refunded... I'm holding my breath to see what fedex brings me later this week... I ordered 18 items on the 17th(mostly socks) totaling at $110.40 of which $26.58 was shipping. The fedex tracking info says the package weighs one pound. Now I don't know how much a pair of socks weighs but, I can't imagine what kind of "extra schwag" could possibly be in that box if the entire package only weighs a pound. I think the most difficult part to deal with is the lack of communication/response to emails. The first response took over a week.. I've yet to get a response from my last 2 questions... I understand that the guy is probably super busy but, the bottom line is money was spent and with that comes the expectation that we either get what we paid for, or he'll make due with refunds or whatnot. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect anything less. I'm sure everything will work itself out in the end but I can't say I'm not a little worried. 

well, my box is in today...not sure if i should be worried or not, haha

Just got a text from my brother.

I ordered 21 things.
I got 6 and a beanie.

ehhhhhhhhh.

I placed an order on the 16th, and just got my package today.  I order 12 items for $47.88 + 19.68 in shipping (total: $67.56).

The package came with two items which together total $14.98.

I checked my card statement online and see that they charged me the full amount and there is no credit whatsoever for the unshipped items.  I put in a call to 802-244-7077, no answer, left a message.  I also sent an email.  We'll see what happens...

I'd like to think that I'm not out $32.90, which doesn't even include the silly shipping charge.  (...which btw, is insane considering it costs $7.95 to ship a GROUND package from MD to CA that weighs 1lb... and that's assuming this was not shipped against a FedEx account which would give a bit of a discount)

Pretty lame; a little bummed.  I'll update later if anything changes.

I'm sure you'll get a refund back.  Like I posted earlier, I received 2 out of 4 items on Dec. 23rd and had placed my order on the 5th.  I eventually was refunded back the cost of the items I didn't receive on the 28th.  Just be patient, I'm sure Cleary will work everything out.

To people that are worried about refunds, do you even read the thread you are posting in before posting?

I don't understand why people are so concerned, like they are just going to steal from you and not deliver a product?  If you can't afford to be out 50 bucks for a couple weeks, then perhaps you shouldn't be buying frivolous layering items in an online sale?

So i emailed the guy  and he gave me a tracking number. and for the past week its been on "recieved shipping information".  and it said the package shouldve shipped on the 15th!!!
