Heya guys, I have a small issue that's bugging a little and it has nothing to do directly with SS or its staff.
Anyway I've received my Foursquare pants and there's an issue with one of the buttons on the gaiter. Right as I took the pants out of the bag one of the buttons that's attached to the gaiter fell off. Now I was just going to return the pants and get a replacement but as I was going to put in an order for another pair I found that we've run out of inventory in the size I wear...bummer. Though I HAVE come to several conclusions, I'd like some advice as to where to go from here. This obviously isn't Sierra's fault so would 4Sq be able to warranty this? I only ask this because I'm not sure what entails a "Foursquare Authorized Dealer". Which is what 4sq limits their warranty to... |
