    Posted: Jan/26/2010 at 3:36pm
I thought my mind was made up and I was seconds away from ordering contacts for my sierrascope fk 152 but I wanted to try and get a little more info. I prob. ride 50/50 park(mainly boxes, rails)and the rest on groomers. When the contacts are described as loose skateboard trucks I got a little nervous. Will it seem crazy loose on the black diamond groomers in the mid-west.(are black diamonds are probably like your guy's green runs) I know the contacts have the 19% of contact and thats what makes it feel loose but thats what also makes it able to use board to its fullest capability The forces seem to have some sort of advantage on reverse camber as well but not tech. same as contact. With me being new to the park scene will the forces be flexible enough for me. I am not into big air and the boxes are becoming addictive so the contacts seem like the right fit, but I don't know if I need the stiffness of the force to be more versitile. Or should I just get the contacts and shut-up, quit thinking to much and just hit the resort.  Could a staff member please help? You guys are great.

you again!

I have been spending my whole season on that board.   But i have been going back and forth on the contacts and the forces

Im gonna go ahead and say the the Contacts complement the board a little better.  While i think i like the forces better, because i have been doing a lot of aggressive riding on them I fell like for your stile of riding you will enjoy the contacts. i rode the first 3 days on contacts and had no issues with stability.   then i switched  to the forces and haven't taken them off again.. i am a little lazy, but... here come the doosie

We have a Union binding coming out Should be out this week. .. it s Contact base with Frocs SL highback and Force staps. so its a mix of both worlds.  i havent riding them yet becuase i just got them..  but i have a feeling once those go on the board they wont be coming off..

not i just said a lot of thing about all the bindings.. and really i think you wuill be happy on anyone of the.. i am having hard time really feeling a ligitment differnce.. so i dont think you will feel it.

go with what works better for your wallet and looks.  The contact is ridiculously light though....

I will wait for the new binding. I'm on your website everyday so I will keep checking for it's intro and the reviews. It sounds like what I need and worth a little wait. Hopefully it will be in the same price range as the force. Kinda like the sierrascope a cross between the two best capita boards.

I'll probably order contacts by Thursday or Friday if I don't hear anything. I'm to anxious to use new sierrascope.

The link has been broken so I haven't been able to see the new Unions. I ordered the contacts from you guys,  they won't get to Michigan till Tuesday. I'm sure I'll be very happy. I just won't have the heavily padded straps and upgraded highback(I think thats what the new binding will be) but there's always next year.
