Here is a TENTATIVE schedule of what we'll have going down at various times throughout the weekend.  Please keep in mind that this is subject to change.

Friday
7:30 - 9:00 PM-ish    Demo Setup & Pizza / Tickets handed out @ Stoweflake Hotel

Saturday
8:00 - 8:15 AM          Final Ticket Handout @ Hotel
4:00 - 6:00 PM          Matterhorn Meetup (Rome Mike is finalizing tomorrow) / Wangtail Party
7:00 - 8:00 PM          Demo Setup/Swap @ Hotel
8:00 - too late            Hot Tubbing / Shed Brewery!

Sunday
12:00 - 3:00 PM       Demo Return / Details TBD

If you are planning to ride and hang out with us at the Matterhorn on Saturday, but didn't buy any packages or tickets, please let me know.

Rome Mike is trying to get details dialed for the Matterhorn for Saturday and I just need to make sure that I've got everyone included in my final number that I give to him.

For those who bought packages, I've got you counted already.  For those who bought tickets or contacted me, I've got (please feel free to let me know if you need more added to the crew coming with each of you):
Vandi +2
Lienair + 2
VermontRider +1

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The package for the two night lodging (3/26 & 3/27) and two day lift ticket (3/27 & 3/28) is a grand total of $235.

We will be staying at the Stoweflake Mtn Resort & Spa in the Deluxe Guestrooms.

** Edited 3/16/10**
Product page is here!

Use the coupon code 'shaka' to ensure that you do not pay for shipping charges on this if your price is under $100.

Here are coupon codes for just lift tickets.  Pretty straight forward as to which is for one day and which is for two days Wink

Betty2DayTicket = $61

Betty1DayTicket = $40

Again, be sure to use the 'shaka' code for free shipping on this item since we're not mailing anything to you.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you plan to come and want to demo any Rome gear, please make sure to have a credit card to leave with them as 'collateral' for the setups.

This means that you will not have it throughout the day at the resort, so if you have more than one CC, bring them both so that you can buy lunch and have a few beers afterward, or make sure to have enough cash on you!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just to officially address the rental gear topic; we will have Rome there with their demo fleet, but this does not ensure that everyone will be able to get a setup and they do not have very many boots for demo (and also very limited sizes).  But, one of them just emailed me this info for those looking to rent:

Darkside is all but walking distance and people can rent there; also, people can rent at the Nordic Barn or right at the mountain.

If Bruizza attends, keep the alcohol away from him. For our own good and his. And I think we should separate Bruizza and Doug in the future. Just saying... LOL

Oh nice catch. For the record, myke was the trailblazer. Mine came after. And I like the unique aesthetics of Communist propaganda. but in case you guys don't know, after spending the summer in China I hate almost everything about the Chinese and I blame that mostly on the civil wars and the last few decades under Communist rule. Sad.

Let's be more specific. "Shtook the Chinese middle class." %*)@$ treat the poor like dirt even though just a generation or two ago their family was in the same unfortunate circumstances. Ugh, wish it wasn't the case but I'm hating on my own people.

The site is going a little crazy.  For some reason my avatar is showing up on the "recent threads" part of the front page and on my profile, but not when I post.

Kate you'll need it. Photo of the alcohol consumed (and this was after we stacked it to hide the boxes in back). I'm glad I don't drink... but many thanks to the good folks at Full Sail Brewing for hooking up the crew with cases of Session. The fridge was full, we had to leave cases out on the deck.

Haha that's ridiculous.

I would like to point out that NH has no liquor tax.  It is conveniently located next to VT (for those who are geographically challenged :))

It is going to be at Stowe.  The logistics are being worked out this week.  We JUST got home from shakapalooza today and have to take some time to recover and work out the details.  Rest assured though it was talked about this past weekend and the powers that be at sierra are in touch with the folks at stowe.

Umm, excuse me, Chez and Jason, this thread is about Vermont, not Tahoe, okay? Wink

For those looking for details, I'm working on getting things lined up right now for VT, while Mike is working on Tahoe details.

I should hopefully have some info for you guys by early next week and then I'll pull some teeth to get it booked and get a package for sale.

I know it's coming up fast, so I'm trying to get it dialed in and ready for presentation to you all Star

I think it should have been named after Patrick Morris.
