Here is a TENTATIVE schedule of what we'll have going down at various times throughout the weekend.  Please keep in mind that this is subject to change.

If you are planning to ride and hang out with us at the Matterhorn on Saturday, but didn't buy any packages or tickets, please let me know. 

Rome Mike is trying to get details dialed for the Matterhorn for Saturday and I just need to make sure that I've got everyone included in my final number that I give to him.

We will be staying at the Stoweflake Mtn Resort & Spa in the Deluxe Guestrooms.

If you plan to come and want to demo any Rome gear, please make sure to have a credit card to leave with them as 'collateral' for the setups. 

This means that you will not have it throughout the day at the resort, so if you have more than one CC, bring them both so that you can buy lunch and have a few beers afterward, or make sure to have enough cash on you!

Just to officially address the rental gear topic; we will have Rome there with their demo fleet, but this does not ensure that everyone will be able to get a setup and they do not have very many boots for demo (and also very limited sizes).  But, one of them just emailed me this info for those looking to rent:

Darkside is all but walking distance and people can rent there; also, people can rent at the Nordic Barn or right at the mountain.

waiting for details myself. Now i'm back on the east coast - this is prolly the only event i'll be able to hit. MAYBE be able to make Tahoe in april - but i doubt it.

And I like the unique aesthetics of Communist propaganda. but in case you guys don't know, after spending the summer in China I hate almost everything about the Chinese and I blame that mostly on the civil wars and the last few decades under Communist rule. I would like to point out that NH has no liquor tax.  It is conveniently located next to VT (for those who are geographically challenged :))

Definitely not.  But since my place of employmentn is in NH I may be feeling generous to those who are extra nice.

VT is the way to go, for a number of reasons.

I'll be headed in from NH, plus I brew my own beer, so cheap booze is not one of my concerns.

It is going to be at Stowe.  The logistics are being worked out this week.  We JUST got home from shakapalooza today and have to take some time to recover and work out the details.  Rest assured though it was talked about this past weekend and the powers that be at sierra are in touch with the folks at stowe.

I think I have to take all that time off between now and Sierrapalooza just to recover! Sounds fun though!

For those looking for details, I'm working on getting things lined up right now for VT, while Mike is working on Tahoe details.

I should hopefully have some info for you guys by early next week and then I'll pull some teeth to get it booked and get a package for sale. 

I know it's coming up fast, so I'm trying to get it dialed in and ready for presentation to you all 

Out of curiosity, why was this named after Zoe?  She doesn't even live in the country its being held at, let alone the state. 

I think it should have been named after Patrick Morris.
