Should be there tomorrow between 3-4pm, Jenn, I'll hit you guys up to see what your doing when we get there. Then I gotta head into Burlington to grab Mr. )(nfinit)( from the airport.

I'm jealous of all you early birds!  I wish I could head up earlier.  It looks like I won't be seeing any of you till the lift lines Saturday morning.  Jenn promised me a wake up call so I don't get left behind Tongue (Thanks, Mama Jenn)!

Pat, I was considering getting you ear plugs but instead I'll just remind you ... please don't forget your ipod!

And for the rest of you ... I can't wait to see you all again Big smile or meet you finally Big smile!!!

Only 1 more day till the kick off of Bettypalooza!!!!!

I should get there around the same time.
Looking to leave the city around 10:00am - roughly a 5.5-6 hr drive. Should put me there around 3:30-4:00pm.

Looking forward to meeting all of you and riding on Saturday. My plan as of right now is to ride for at least a few hours tomorrow afternoon so if anyone is coming in early and wants to meet up let me know. There is a local radio station that has a promo day tomorrow for $42 tiks, you need a coupon but I will have an extra (and can get more if needed) with me if anyone is interested.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to hang for the demo setup/opening night festivities but plan to stop by the hotel for a cocktail on the way home from the hill and meet a few of you who are there early.

If anybody needs it - here's the directions from NYC:

From New York City, Philadelphia, or Washington D.C.

FollowInterstate 95 North to New Haven CT where you will connect withInterstate 91 North. Follow 91N through Hartford, across Massachusetts, and up to White River Junction, VT. Follow signs to connect withInterstate 89 North and take that to exit 10 (Waterbury / Stowe exit).Make a right at the end of the exit ramp onto route 100N** and followthis for 11 miles until you reach your first stop sign. This is thecenter of Stowe Village. Make a left at the stop sign onto route 108N,and follow this for approximately 6 miles.

After about 5¾ miles, the road will begin to rise steeply. As the road begins to level out, the Cross Country Touring Center will come up first on the left. The Inn at the Mountain, The Toll House Conference Center, and the Administration Building are located an additional ¼ mile up rt.108N on the left. The entrance for the Lodge Condominiums is located another 1/10 mile on the left, but all lodging guests shouldcheck in first at the Inn at the Mountain front desk however. The Spruce Peak Base Lodge is 1.5 miles further up 108N on the right hand side. The entrance for the Mt Mansfield and Midway Base Lodges is an additional ¼ mile further on the left.

for Stoweflake:

** Turn right onto Route 100 at the end of the exit ramp and continue on for approx. 11 miles. Turn left at the blinking red light in the village of Stowe onto Rt. 108 (Mountain Road). Continue on Rt. 108 for approx. 2 miles - the Stoweflake will be on your right.

Pretty sure there is a better way to go than 95 into New Haven, if nothing else you can jump on the Merit Pkwy, which will take you to 91. I have to drive through New Haven every day, on a Friday, if you're going to be driving through between 4 and 6 your taking a chance of hitting some pretty annoying traffic.

I don't take that route very often but Phat is right about opting for the Merit Parkway. Definitely the way to go.

Have fun guys! Last time I went to Stowe (end of feb) the 95 was clear around 7ish when we left. I took the Merritt but the 95 was clear too. Don't know how it'll be tomorrow.

Will!!! I'm sad my mistress isn't going either!  I can't wait to see you in Tahoe.  Maybe you and Andy can be roommates again ... but you know on beds not on linoleum.  Then you and I can ride the quad and discuss the size of your stick... I hear it's getting bigger Wink

It's not the size that matters, it's how you ride it.

So, today's schedule is tickets @ 8:30-9, hitting the slopes for the day, then the Matterhorn. After the Matterhorn with Rome, back to the hotel for more demo gear, followed by drinking until "too late".

Uh.....you became a member in 2009, search around, we were all in Steamboat a few months ago.  There was also a stop at Stevens in Washington and another one in Tahoe in 3 weeks.  Plus the other Tahoe one that went down last year.

No arrests to my memory.
