I have no idea, that's fully on the programmers.  But you can post it up in the thread of their 'to do' list.  

the discount stays with you till pretty much the end of this year (at least thats what i've been told by my friend.. i tend to not read lol) i also dont buy in bulk and for the past month, i've made 8 separate purchases lol

I can see my weekly earnings of points but can't seem to locate on the site where my grand total is?

I think that currently the point-for-purchase program isn't up and running yet, otherwise my total would be higher as well, but I'm sure the programmers are working on it

Yah i don't think implementing this point system is a huge priority on the list of things to do.  There have been talks of revamping the system for quite sometime now

So who do I need to talk to about getting my points added for my last order this month

we just gotta wait and see about retroactive points from purchases

That is a good idea Rook! Of course, I would never need to use it, because I've never had a lack of things to say :) But it is a good idea nevertheless!!

How do we get points taken away? When I wrote my first review I was in Japan and every time I tried to post it a page kept coming up saying that Sierra had crashed. I assumed it was the crappy Japanese connection so I kept trying to post it and then I checked the next day and it posted like 12 times! I'm pretty sure I got points for each one, if so I guess that would be the best way points!

Looks like points for purchasing as resumed and functioning (for current orders). Can't wait until we get the backlog of points from previous purchases! That's still in the development pipeline I'm guessing.

Sierra's point system is pretty smart. You get people to contribute on the forums, and make them come on their website daily. Once you get discount, it would be hard for people to walk away and go to a different place to buy.
