Maybe because they were so busy they actually missed their bowl session which in turn threw them off their game and thats how the error occurred?! |

I've had major issues with that Safari bug on other sites, but it seems to work fine on SS for me. Just need to double check the info after autofill does its thing.

yeah firefox works well, or pay attention to what's being auto populated in the form fields, or just turn that feature off. Safari > preferences > auto fill Damn Apple trying to make things way too easy and causing massive confusion as a result ;-)

yeah.. the Auto fill put the address in and for some reason doesn't save it when you hit submit. Other people have said that they problems all the time with it on this, and other sites. .. we try to find them all every morning but some slip through.. sorry we missed yours and glad you got it taken care of.
If you make another order give us a call to make sure we got the address for you accurately. |

Address was filled in accurately and completely. Safari was, however, the browser and auto-fill was on.
I've received 2 of 3; third should arrive tomorrow (knock on wood).

When you order off a Apple and use the Safari web browser it auto fills your address to United states and then moves you to the next line. Sounds like thats what happen. It's bug we haven't been able to figure out how to fix.
On the other hand, you didn't notice that you didn't type in your address. What gets put on the lable is what you type in.
If this is not the case.. what we browser were you using? and what was your order # |

So, I've had three packages sent to me from SS over the past two weeks or so. Each has been mis-labeled. The first two had only my name, city (no street address). FedEx driver got my phone number and called for the address. The third (apparently) only has my name, zip and country (which I'm sure is extremely helpful)--it has been sitting in the FedEx distro center for 3 days (with error notations on the FedEx tracking page). Spoke to FedEx customer service today and yesterday and think I finally have it worked out, but we'll see if the package actually arrives tomorrow . . . .
If this can't be attributed to the guys in the back smoking out, maybe check to see if you've got a problem with the software generating your FedEx labels.
