I haven't seen any sierra boards the east coast mountains in particular Maryland and North Carolina hoping to win one and be one of the few out here with one

Same here. I have never seen a sierra board out in NM. It would be so sick to win one and rock that board every time I hit the slopes. There are probably a lot more sierra boards on the west coast.

i would be suprised if i ever saw one in sweden, but you get to see a lot of burtons actually since a big sport marked called stadium sell them, so one of these days maybe sierra will be a part of their brands too then i'm guessing i'll be seing a few of them if not plenty.

I saw a reverse crew up at Killington the last time I went.  Other than that, I've never had a sierra board spotting.

Haven't seen one in the northeast either, but I can't say that I really pay attention.  Maybe I'll be one of the first on my reverse crew.

Hey Hana24 were you at the Eagle Lodge when you saw the boards. Me and a couple of buddies were there this weekend as well. We were thinking the same thing, to ask the guy how he liked his Stunt.

Hmmm I guess it's another person with a stunt then.  I was at Main Lodge around 3:00 ish and I saw those two boards and I think a girl was riding the stunt.

I've seen the crew a couple of times, but this was the first time I saw the stunt.

Were you at Mammoth for the weekend?

I was at Eagle Lodge for the whole weekend. One of my friends just started so we just decided to stay at Chair 15 since the beginner runs are pretty easy and flat over there. Plus its only 40 bucks for the lift ticket.
The person I saw with the Stunt was a guy so definitely two different people.
How were on the conditions at Main Lodge?

Nice.  I made it over to the eagle lodge area once during the weekend.  Main Lodge area conditions were good, but today the light was so flat I was scared to go fast because I couldn't see the snow.  Plus I was staring at the snow for so long I started getting vertigo up near the top of the mountain LOL

Yeah I was hoping for a little sunshine today myself. I was feeling the same way boarding. That's why we cut it short and left a little earlier then planned. Anyways we should set up a  meet next time for Mammoth. It would be fun to meet a couple of people from the forum.

Not too bad but definitely a lot more wind then yesterday. It was pretty cold up top and it was an interesting drive home back to L.A. with all the wind on the 395. I thought our boards were going to get ripped off the snowboard rack.

For sure we should plan a meet up Big smile

Katsu - it wasn't too windy, but the visibility was a problem.  Toward 12ish the clouds started to roll in and up at top the visibility dropped to almost whiteout while making our way toward cornice.  We left early too since we wanted to beat the storm.  On the drive home it was pretty windy up till Ridgecrest and the car got like 4mpg less.

I was wondering about the lighting.  At least at the start of my runs today I could barely make out any detail in the snow.  It was like boarding blind.  It was a lot better about halfway to the bottom.

I drove with Munstarz and flipguy, it was windy as heck on the way down the 395.  We managed about 29 MPG.  The headwind was killing us.

At my local resorts in Michigan i haven't seen a single sierra board. But i'm hoping to change that and pick up a reverse crew sometime soon. I know, i know, they are only 180 bucks, but i just bought another board and new bindings and at age $16 i'm not really rolling in the cash. Let's hope they last until i get the money!
