so im tired of giving my board in for the shop to wax for 15 dollars a time. planning on using a credit card as a scraper and gonna find an old clothing iron. someone wanna gimme some wax? and if your nice a cheap waxing iron. in return ill give you these gloves. if no one can give me any wax or aniron, ill end up giving these once used gloves away to someone.

I'm on the same boat as you, as I also need cheap waxing gear so I cannot offer anything up to you, but if you decide to give them away, I would love to take them. I've been using my current pair of gloves for the last 5 years. Good gloves lol, but the stitching finally blew this year so I don't have a pair of gloves for next year.

credit card is too soft as a scraper. go to a shop its like $5. go to walmart/kmart for a cheap $5 iron and some scotch brite pads for $1. buy some wax online for $15.

I would try the goodwill, yard sale, or somewhere similar for an old iron. Good luck. I ended up having two around and totally junked a good one. I was going to have to toss it if I didn't turn it ino a waxing iron.

yeah, i bought an iron for 5 bucks at a thrift store, a scraper is like 7, and a bar of wax for 3. so thats 15 bucks, the price of a hot wax, i would just go buy it. it would be cheaper than shipping it anywhere.
