When can I expect my refund? Since my stuff was received more than one week.

my order was canceled and it took less than a week for my refund.
they says 3-4 business day, sometimes its depend on their system. id assume you're returning your item's and wanted refund. after they received the merchandise's, they will process and it will take 3-4 days |

I've bought something and returned it (it didn't fit). I think it took between 2 to 3 weeks for the refund to be processed. I had to keep checking my credit card, because I didn't get notification from Sierra that the refund has been processed. (2-3 weeks from when I mailed off the package until when I received the credit back to my credit card.) I kept checking my order history and the "refund" link to see where I was in the process of the refund. I think that the refund link is only to initiate the refund. It doesn't get updated after you print out the return form. Also, I sent my item back via regular mail and during a big sale. Those 2 factors may have slowed the process. This was my experience. I don't know if Sierra sends refund notifications, but I'm pretty sure I didn't get any. Just keep checking your credit card. If a long time lapses and you haven't received it, just give them a call to check on the status. If you haven't sent your item back yet, I would suggest buying a delivery confirmation on the shipment. That way you can track it in transit and also have proof that you sent it. |

I just sent something back on the 21st of last month and the refund was credited the end of last week or first of this week. So factoring in the time it took to get to them, the refund was just about a week later. It should show up any day. And I asked when I called about returning them, there is no notification sent. You just have to wait for it to post to on your bank or credit card statement.

Summarize all of the experience. Sierra will not sent out any notification. The only thing i can do is keep check the credit card transaction.
