I really think that skydiving is number one on my list. but it seems like thats what most people want to do. Is there something that beats skydiving?

Hehe, I had to throw that in there before someone else did!

One thing I'd recommend if you've never done it is ride a motorbike. Sounds pretty simple, but it's one of those pleasures that you can't live without once you've done it. Personally I love tearing around a race track – maybe once you ride a bike, you should then progress to riding track. Also, racing formula Fords is great. But then I'm a speed junkie so results may vary.

Build a Coliseum for which I will make religious zealots fight to the death with ping pong paddles in the name of their god so that the rest of the world doesn't have to deal with their shit.

Do the skydive.  Its relatively cheap and its the most incredible day you will ever have.  I still think about mine all the time.   But looking more long term, travelling the world is the best  and most life changing thing you will do.

Good call tl84. Ever since I was a kid I've always wanted to fly a glider. There's something so appealing about the thought of flying through the air without making a sound to me. I'll definitely do it before I die.

I'd love to float in space too, but I don't think that'll ever happen.

The question is, What dont I want to do be fore I die, I wish I could do what the guys on the buried life do. But one thing I want to do is, go 60mph on a longboard...that might be the last thing on my list, ya know, just in case.

skydiving is a bit of a cliche, cause its pretty easy to get into, but for me i think traveling to as many countries and experiencing a whole heap of different cultures

why is skydiving so popular here? I'm surprised something that takes longer isn't as common..like travel, have a family, etc. Skydiving takes about 5-10 minutes

-Go to outer space.  Be able to look out into space without the obstructions of buildings, planes, and pollution.  To be able to look down at the Earth while floating in zero gravity.

-Travel to all the continents of the world.

I gotta agree with the outer space scenario.  It'd be pretty epic to be on the moon and watch the earth rise/set.  A much more realistic thing I've always wanted to do is to go scuba diving or even snolkeling in the Great Barrier Reef.

Already have this one figured out:
- One full year of snowboarding and travel around the world

Highlights include:
Italy
Greece
Spain
France
Hungary
Switzerland
Germany
China
Japan
Australia
New Zealand
Argentina
Chile
Brazil
Alaska

All places have their own unique reason for a visit

I would also like to see my great-grandkids before I kick the bucket.

It goes along with traveling the world.  I'd like to visit the seven natural wonders of the world:
Toss in some of the seven wonders of the ancient & midievil world:
Also backpacking through yosemite would be nice.

I did the sky diving thing so I think trying surfing is definitely something I want to try and get in before I die. Let's just hope trying surfing isn't the reason I die.

I've started workin on my bucket list and heres what I've got so far.

Heli-trip in AK
Dive jellyfish lake on Kakaban Island in Palau
Backpack trip through Europe.

There are things like skydiving and what not but I could go do that today if I wanted to so I don't consider things like that.

Edit: Have at least one child of my own.
