Looking for cheapest way to go boarding next season. We went to Breckenridge this past winter for about $450 for 5 nights, 4 day lift tickets.

I think it means you have to get more active or maybe even stretch because we usually go 2 days straight without getting sore. But that does sound pretty cheap! |

Hostels? I don't think there's college discount tickets usually. I don't know if it's for Breckenridge, but if you fly out early, I think it's Delta or Frontier that allows you to use the plane ticket for a lift ticket.
edit: I do remember in Tahoe and maybe some other places here on the west coast, if you get a season pass and you go to school, you get a really good deal. Maybe at least 40% of a season pass. |

Did you google it?

the CO mt resorts always have good deals, look into buying a season pass, from Vail Assoc, if you are going for any period of time, price of tickets now, it pays if you are going to ride vail and its sisters, for more than a week.

look for a cheap season pass deal. Best deals are out there now and over the next couple of months, then prices will go up again

mountains like crested butte and steamboat don't give discounts on their passes, other than kid, student, or senior...but good luck, always carry a wire cutter.
