capita indoor survival snowboard 2010 - $150 (whittier)

it's a 152, so more for the shorter riders...if interested, ask if it's a flat kick.

I got it for $100 Big smile

No idea, didn't really ask. He's had it on Craigslist for over a month now and was trying to sell it for $160, but it never sold, so maybe he was just looking for any buyer to take it off his hands?

Who wants to blow $600 on a Sierra Stunt imitation?Wink
http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/spo/1913851999.html

Burton snowboard (Orange County)

I'm sure the seller didn't list the price or model because he's looking for an uninformed buyer thinking Burton is worth the $1200 he/she spent.

i HATE when people exaggerate how much they spent on stuff when they're selling it on craigslist, do people really think that buyers are so stupid they cant look up the retail? that d bag bought the board for $400 and the bindings for $200 AT THE VERY MOST. $600, and he says its half off...

One can find really good deals on craigslist but I wouldn't buy anything that I couldn't check out and see it for myself. I brought a 2008 burton clash in perfect condition for $100 last year.

Well it's not for selling your own stuff.  Right now it's to share good deals as it seems, but all post all kinds of craigslist posts from silly to good to stupid.

both...and it's not only related to snowboards, just a thread to talk about.  I just throw out some good deals out there if anybody in this community is interested.  Like I saw a pair of A-frames for $10.  But, check out that Burton Blunt for $600!!  Come on now...

Another member picked up a Capita Quiver Killer I think with bindings for $100.

There's also some funny descriptions which always get a good laugh.

Not in LA anymore so I can't pick it up, and I'm not gonna pay shipping for it.
Good deal though if someone could swoop it for 100 bucks.

Don't have a link anymore because he deleted it, but I just scored a pair of brand new green Forces for $80 cash from a local dude.  He was actually asking $75 or best offer but I randomly found the ad about an hour after he posted it and he put 'em on "lay-away" for me for 4 days while I rounded up the cash.  Figured I'd tip him for holding them for me and also driving 20 minutes to meet me with them.

He's also got a pair of semi-Frank'd Contacts I'm thinking about getting, too.  Thinking I might be able to get 'em dirt cheap as well.  Even dirtier than this deal.

Thank you Craigs List in the summer time. Clap

That's what I was thinking.  They've got red heel straps and I'm in the process of sourcing pieces to put together a Ninja Turle themed binding.

Gonna take the straps off and probably just unload the rest of it.  Woot woot!

Holy crap.  $100.  The bindings are worth that much or more depending on condition.

Somebody could buy it just for the binders and sell the board for as close to $100 as you can get.  Too bad it's in Boston.
