Houston has been freaking hot all summer and its always humid so I'm kinda used to that now especially after all the rain we've been having. But at least the rain has cooled it down. Just made the move the Denver a few days ago and I have to say the weather here is gorgeous!

We had been without rain in for  3 weeks and just got about 5 hours of it last night.  It had been 90-105 for the better part of the last 3 weeks as well.  So far this morning its nice in cool but it is only suppose to last for the day then back to the 90's.

So i am defiantly ready for some cool weather.....

Maybe it'll be one of those climate anomalies where you have 100 degree summers, but freezing winters with loads of precipitation =P

where I am, the last 3 days have been around 35C (95F) with humidity was around 45C (113F).  Rain today relieved the temperature... only around 27C or low 80sF today.

They had some hardcore warnings about physical exertion in this sort of weather on the news. Glad that you're still alive. Tongue

I just noticed this now, what's up with people's locations just reading as some number?

It's been hot where I live, but I didn't think it was that bad.  It's been uncomfortable at times, but not anything different than you get every other summer.

It's gotten a bit better today here, but the past couple of days were brutally hot and very humid.  It's fine at work, but when I get home, I just do nothing and sweat while the pets all lie around and do nothing as well.  Pretty icky....

today is a bit hotter.  around 75 now but it was over 80 earlier.  thats about as hot as juneau summers get.. and while its definitely a wet climate, the humidity is never bad in general.

and inside my house its nice and cool cause i never put the heat above 60.  its usually at 55.. and for a while, we just had it off.

We have had more 90 degree days this year in Michigan than all of 09'

I work outside and it's like being in a blast furnace.

I didn't work outside this week except for today.  I missed most of the heat from the earlier part of the week, but still got nailed with the humidity.  It was a good beach week though.

It's not so bad at work, but when I get home it suucks! The sun bakes the bedroom wall in the evenings and my bedroom stays hot through the night. I hate waking up to a damp/sticky neck. So uncomfortable!

Alaskans must be even paler than canadians.
depends where you live and what you do just like anywhere, in reality.  there are people here who are pale like me, but there are plenty that are lobster red because of what they do.

but for this post, we'll just say we are the same.
