Can someone tell me where can I find some nice snow in July - August in Europe, as I don't intend to spend my holiday to the sea. I'm leaving near it.

In France you could go to "les 2 alpes". You can snowboard on the glacier. It is looking really bad in August. I guess in Austria or switzerland it is the same conditions.

There are webcams too (though they are whiteout right now):
That glacier really doesn't look big enough to warrant a trip to Europe. You would have to live close by for boarding there to be worth it.

Look at the Subai, Pitztal, Kaunertal, Zillertal or Zugspitz Glacier.
And in Hintertux you can go riding the whole year. The conditions aren't great for riding but most of the time the funpark is great nonetheless. I was in the Kaunertal last May. It was great, fresh snow, powder and a perfect funpark. |

What do you think of the boarding in Europe compared to places in the US?

Expensive in Norway, haven't really been any other places. Sweden is cheaper, and great from the one trip I've had to Ă–stersund. Wish I could take a snowboard trip to the states, but poor students D:
