So what are your biggest pet peeves.

1. Old drivers
2. Women drivers who fall directly into my sterotype of women drivers
3. When someone is saying something long winded and I say "I know" and they keep going.
4. Getting like $0.96 back in change from something, then as soon as you sit down in the car, it just shoots out of your pocket into every crevace.
5. People that sit down on landings to fix their bindings/boots/whatever
6. The voicemail symbol on my phone. I hate when I get a voicemail, listen to it, and it stays there. I feel like theres a message waiting for me but I can't get to it and it drives me crazy lol.
What is this "snowboarding" everyone speaks of.

Sweaty ass people who don't wipe down the equipment in the gym Angry

Also the guys who feel the need to grunt like they are lifting a car when they are curling a 20LB dumbell are pretty irritating.

Oh I just find the grunters hilarious.

Snowboarding pet peeve is small kids who just rocket straight down the mountain on skis while everyone below has to be careful to not get hit by them because they think that they are talented.

2. People that fall behind or near a rail or jump (on the mtn), and lay there instead of getting up and moving out of the way. (their not even hurt)
3. Girls that think they are the hottest thing ever, but they clearly arnt.
4. People on this forum who recommend stuff and try to help others, but the person trying to help has no idea what they are talking about.
5. Having no cell phone service just about everywhere. (shtook you at&t)

my biggest pet peeve, is hearing writing on a chalkboard, like that screeching sound. Drives me nuts.

Biggest pet peeve in boarding has to be when your in line for a lift and the jackass infront of you decides to just stop and begin fixing his boots/bindings and has to take his gloves off and just doesn't move aside. Another boarding pet peeve is skiers, and just their attitude, the cocky (i am good compared to you boarders) ones are the worst.

I hate how people board/ski the way (i'm guessing) they drive too.
No checks, and just turn in with no regard as to who is behind you.

I have been cut off many-a-times (as i'm sure others have too) by people who like to criss cross the entire width of the run, nearly colliding with them because i'm travelling in what becomes a perpendicular direction.   how hard is it to check for oncoming traffic before you go?!

It's annoying, but if you hit them from behind, it is your fault. Skier Code and all that good stuff.

I find that kind of fun, it's like a moving obstacle course.  If you come zooming by them they will usually just fall on their own.

I know! just like traffic law, eh?  Very hard to prove your innocence if you are hitting someone from behind.

Anyway, most of the time I can make it out of the way, but there were a few times i opted to take a dive just so i would kill the person... I'm a pretty big guy and if I ran into someone at a decent speed, they'd be hurt really bad.

To be completely honest there are too many things to complain about.

I can't stand people who chew with their mouth open or who chew loud
Stereotypical women drivers are annoying
and so are people who block you from going faster in the left lane.

there are tons of good ones here! but mines, not being O.C.D. but i don't like dirty/messy people..whether it's the car/house/desk..so untidy looking..

then another one would be those old school employees, where they've been at one spot for sooo long that they don't even do anything anymore! then when you give them work, they have the audacity to moan that they're SOOO BUSY!! lol..

God yes.  Or when people leave out every other letter in a word because they think it actually makes them type faster, or who replace the word 'to' with '2' and 'for' with 4.  Their grammar normally follows the same suit and it just makes reading what they say a pain in the ass.

And yes completely agree haha.  Time your turns with theirs so you fly past when they're starting to move in the opposite direction

People who say, "know what I mean" after every sentence...yes I know what you mean...you are not Stephen Hawking and nothing that you are saying resembles theoretical physics...why wouldn't I understand you?  You just explained to me that you do not like it when your child talks back to you, or you do not like it when someone cuts you off on the road, or how when you are late you cant seem to find your keys...yes I know what you mean...do I look like an imbecile? Do I have a sign on my head that reads, "I do not understand English so please check with me after every f@@@@@@ thing you say because the chances are I have no clue what you are talking about."

It's the only way go,  I mean the big 'J&J' they are so corporate they have forgotten what flossing is all about.  That's why I only use butler, they are way more core and speak to 'floss or die' values of the flossing community.

No way they are a tooth brush company who just makes floss to make a few bucks....... they don't care about flossing.

Exactly...... they are just filling a need they see in the market, but floss is where they started and what they love.   Besides it's going to be tough to get any J&J or Oral-B stuff at a discount next year (you know the Walgreens early discount fiasco from last year).

ya and then Oral-B dropped out too.  As we all know Crest, scope and Oral-B are all with Procter and Gamble so I am pretty sure that they all dropped Walgreens also.  I did here of some Walgreens/ Butlers colabs for next year.

I actually went to the dentist yesterday, and was asked how often i floss, and i responded "ive never flossed in my life".
Granted that has nothing to do with what we are talking about, it just popped into my head.

Ha yea I don't normally floss much.  Normally like a week before I end up going to the dentist.  Its funny how obvious it is to dentists too.

oh I HATE reckless boarders/skiers. And the people that run into in lift lines so many damn nicks on my boards from them..... actually happens much more at my local little hill with the tow rope. ive learned that getting on halfway up the rope helps if you can do it, but sometimes people get annoyed with you.... but ive been hit twice and people stopped right in front of me and i slammed into them twice. i twisted my ankle badly running into one of them, and someone ran into and busted threes screws off my snowblades! i was about to punch them in the face, they didnt give a shtook though and just kept going. no care whatsoever that they actually broke my equipment!

Hey man if swimming in old man ball sweat is your thing more power to you, I'm not going to judge, but I prefer to avoid stuff like that.

This thread has took on a dramatic change. My mom is a dentist. I've flossed all my life. I also feel like Willy Wonka from charlie and the chocolate factory. I couldn't eat really chewy candies when I was younger.

The guy actually did you a service by breaking your horrid excuse for sliding on snow. You should have thanked him.
