Crumbled bacon (or little cubed fried spam) in a cheese omelet.  Put between buttered English muffins.

Delicious!
Weather, comply!

during the week before work or school i usually go for a toasted bagel or cereal but my favorite breakfast ever is Country Fried Steak and Eggs (2 over easy) with homefries and wheat toast served in this small diner in Lake Ariel, PA. I dont get it often but i when i do...its worth the wait.

When riding? Whatever stale cereal the Super 8 is offering that morning. Non-snow mornings? Usually a warm, freshly made blueberry scone from the local coffee shop and a latte.
