So I was thinking we toss in whatever you eat for breakfast and the recipe if it sounds good. Good idea?
My ideal breakfast is this family thing we started making when I was little. We call it a bagel sandwich. Eggs, assorted lunch meat, cheese, lots of hot sauce and mayo, toasty bagel. mmmm |

something I miss is a good breakfast burrito: sausage, scrambled eggs (cooked in sausage grease), sauteed dice potatoes, bell peppers, onion (gotta have some veggies), and a nice layer of white gravy. The white gravy is key; it makes everything that much tastier. Biscuits, sausage, and white gravy is also another favorite breakfast treat.

mmm white gravy, the fattiest of all gravies. try switching out the sausage for some chorizo, it's just a crazy mix of sausage and other stuff
have you tried frosted mini wheats in java monster? any of the coffee types will do. i think the russian one is the best. |

Margs -- 3 parts lime juice, 2 parts triple sec and 1 part tequila (OK, put as much tequila as you want into the blender). Add ice, blend and drink. If breakfast is any time after 10 a.m., or if there is football that day, it's OK to go with a beer back

I don't usually eat breakfast but i have been eating my lunches a bit earlier in the morning lately.
Most time some Vietnamese food, pho stuff like that. There really isn't a breakfast type meal for Vietnamese food. Breakfast food is some of the best though. Mcdonald's used to have some delicious philly steak bagel. Waffle house pecan waffles and that syrup. Love their texas cheese steak with smothered covered hash browns the best around. gonna search for some nice breakfast meals to make. |

Steel cut oatmeal with some raw honey and cinnamon is a simple breakfast favorite around here - I usually have it at least 3x/week. Tasty, and pretty good for you too.

Take La Brea bread and put it in the toaster over with black forest ham and cheddar cheese. Thenn take an egg and cook it sunny side up but then give it a flip at the very end for 10 seconds. Throw the egg on top of the toasted ham and cheese open face style. Put a squeeze of dijon mustard on the side and you have yourself some morning love.
To put a dose of the health meter in play take whole plain yogurt (mountain high is the best) and add a bunch of fresh blueberries and a dash of honey for yogurt that is far better than what you get in the store imo.

It's amazing what a good breakfast can do for your day.
Scrambled eggs, sausages, milk, an salmon onigiri (riceball), and a fruit dish (a banana or an orange or a small piece of apple pie) is my perfect breakfast. Gives me energy to last the day even with a crappy lunch. |

Breakfast tip with scrambled eggs: Add one tablespoon of water to the pan pre cooking for every egg, it will make them fluffy.
M-F usually a yogurt but on Tuesdays I hit up Einsteins for their 2 for $2 bagel with smear and a coffee.
