I would say not taking a threat from a guerrilla movement in Columbia seriously is far more dangerous to your longevity.  Those people don't mess around.  If you are giving 3 days to leave or be threatened with your life you better damn well get out of dodge.

I mock your value system and you look foolish in the eyes of others. - Homer Simpson

Damn that's crazy. Pretty much amounts to gang terrorism, I mean what are you supposed to do just up and move because your name is on a list on facebook? I couldn't imagine living in a place where crap like that happens.

It's good to see facebook has graduated from infidelity and stepped up to murder. It's all about growth. If you not progressing you're falling behind. Congrats Facebook. I always knew you had it in you.

I hope not.  Recently I decided to quit Facebook and go full time Sierra Snowboard.  FB gets creepier and creepier by the day.  Every time I set up some security restriction they would change it weeks later.

Wow this is crazy. Yeah Columbia is a messed up place to live for those reasons but Facebook. I know employers check your FB account, write something distasteful and your outta there.

Where I work they formed their own company FB page (even though its banned at work!) and then asked everyone to join and click like or whatever so they can be advertised on your fb page.

Now I think Linkedin for business use, FB for personal use. Why would I want to add my work to my Facebook? Helloooooo?!

Sometimes you can't make this crap up. Who writes a hitlist on public place like facebook?

Also how did they find them, do these people post their address on facebook? That is sad must be some kind of drug connection with those that were killed.

when you have a meeting place that gathers so many people together and with the internet having its anominity and all it was only a matter of time that nut jobs will find each other

like the underground bbs/newsgroups/etc back in the day.... the interwebz just made it much easier for public access

A few of my facebook friends (acquaintances from HS) do that new check in thing where Facebook posts your location if you get online using your phone.  I can see so many bad things about this and nothing good.

I admit, I like facebook. It is easy to organize get togethers and quickly find out about some great things.  One of my good friend's wife had a baby today.  I would be like 20th on his "people to call" list, so I am expecting one in the next couple of days.  He, however, saved a ton of time by just posting the info and saying he would call people later.  I untag pics I would never want my future employers to see and ask my friends to remove them (only one friend refuses to because she thinks it is funny, but it is pretty buried in her millions of photos).

This list could have gotten out in many other ways...  Facebook was just an easy source
Big Air. Kids today, that's all they want, big air. I say stick to the mountain. That's where the fun is. You want big air kid? Pull my finger.
