Good win for Stanford. I thought VT was going to run away with it after the safety. Stanford dropped the hammer in the second half. Can't remember the guys name but the LB who plays both ways for Stanford is a manimal.

yea VT's offensive line really came back into play last night showing how BAD they were were, not allowing 3 of the top RBs in the nation to run for more than 100 yards combined and their overall play in the 2nd half was awful...o well that wasnt the only issue last night, just one of them... it was still a great season and i can only only hope for next year

I was hoping for a close game but VT didnt come out in the 2nd half. If I were Luck or Haubaugh, ready or not, I'd go to the NFL.

If I were Luck I would definitely go. The Panthers aren't a terrible team - they just need a good QB (although some WR depth and improved D wouldn't hurt...). Harbaugh can take his time, I think. If he wants to go now though, why not. |

I think that for a lot of player that another year you will get a lot better and you will play and get drafted higher. I don't know if that is true with Luck. But I hope both him and the coach stay but maybe one but I can't see both.

Stanford ROCKED VT and I feel confused about the results. I'm from VA but my GF went to Stanford! hmmmm...Go Syracuse!

Wow Luck looks mature beyond his years...definitely franchise QB material. The number 1 pick is gonna cost some team a lot this year if Carolina wants to deal and trust Clausen.

The Ohio St/Arkansas game looks one sided, but has been a great tame to watch. Great QBs, fired up defenses, and coaches that know what they are doing. Good football.

I just caught the second half and thought it might've been the best bowl game I've watched this season. Even with as much as I enjoyed the Noles beating down SC/Steve Spurrier.

^ Good Sugar bowl last night. I thought that was the best bowl game of the season so far. But good lord the Arkansas receivers couldn't catch a cold.

those guys are conditioned to fall on the ball. The algorithm is always secure possession first, then make a play...and unfortunately in college you can't get back up. I hate this rule!

^^I wasn't expecting that since he was the projected #1 pick in the draft. I wonder if this will sway Harbaugh to return also.

I think Harbaugh is going to the NFL. What ever team he ends up coaching will tank the season to pick up Luck in the 2012 draft. I'm on to you guys.

The godaddy.com bowl was a nail biter. I can't wait for this bowl next year. I think the NC game needs to be pushed back at least another month. More bowl games! The people have spoken! Fart!

Yes! Not to take away from Ohio State's win, but I could have seen the game going in a completely different direction. I also admit that I wanted Ohio State to lose, not because they didn't deserve to win, but I wanted it to cap off a message that the Big Ten sent this bowl season, which is...THE BIG TEN IS NO LONGER A GOOD CONFERENCE. I am holding out hope, being a Michigan State grad, and I think Nebraska is back on track despite their bowl performance, so the conference should be improving. But I think the Big Ten is at a place where they need to start scheduling some difficult preseason games to make their undefeated preseason play impressive in any way. |

Disappointing Cotton Bowl last night. I heard some hype about Von Miller being a top notch pass rusher but he didnt look the part last night.

I don't think there's anything dumb about cashing in and striking while the iron is hot. Who knows what happens next season (bad season, severe injury, etc.) and then there's the CBA to worry about. Stanford's not going anywhere. If he really wants his degree he can finish it later. |

Definitely think its going to be Auburn but I would like to see Oregon win. Kirk Herbstreit said the final score would be 60-55. I think that is ridiculous. Probably more like 40-35

Hah, well, that is certainly possible. But I thought the NCAA already did their investigation on Cam Newton - whereas it took a few years for them to even get started on the Bush thing.

Yeah, the next thing you know, the NCAA will try and tell us the game we saw a few days ago "never happened."

Someone is going to take a chance on him in the 1st round but I dont think he'll be the 1st QB taken. I think it'll be Blaine Gabbert.
