Worst Flight: JETSTAR.
Seriously shtook that shit. They lost our luggage, I had to keep calling the call centre for about 4 days, they failed on many points: 1) Kept promising to call back about twice a day; NEVER DID. 2) Promised it'd be here X time about 4 times: NEVER ARRIVED. 3) When I started getting names, and logging, they started trying to avoid me. 4) We had to go to the airport and actually get the fire warden to open a door for us @ QT airport, we had a look in the door of the outsourced company that held the luggage and saw the it there (it was pink.) I was very close to just taking a fire hydrant and breaking the glass to open the door. 5) No idea where anything is and most of their luggage department in the airports is ALWAYS BUSY, so you convienently can't get through and have to wait for their callback to you to update, which they never did. Seriously, good luck getting your luggage back if they ever lose it. Shitty service shitter people. I seriously wonder how they manage to get 'awards.' I'll give them an award: JETSTAR GETS THE GOLD AWARD FOR BEING THAT GUY WHO'S ALWAYS TALKING crap AND TRYING TO shtook EVERYONE OVER THAT WE TRY TO AVOID. Well done jetstar. Rant Over. Emirates is my favorite. Fantastic service, airplanes, cabin crew, and when on special not much more expensive then Jetstar/Qantas and NZ Air.

took air NZ recently
Was direct flight into queenstown from sydney. if you going queenstown...go direct! flight time was only around 3hours it was 670AUD return they had the 10kg extra for sporting goods for free policy when i got my tickets Best deal ever.. they've reworded the website after to not have this anymore though  still flight was excellent, nice and smooth. Baggage was quick service was good all round...though it was only a short flight so didnt really get much out of the trip. they did run out of chicken when they got to me so i had to get the pie instead  |

The biggest problem I have had with Jetstar so far was with a flight from Singapore to Perth in which I order two meals of the menu and payed by credit card, when I got the receipt it was $15 (or something) more then advertised on the menu. When I enquired I was told I was looking at the wrong menu (domestic menu) Duh!. It was the only menu I had and had been left there by mistake (not my fault). Still $15 not so bad when The flight was hundreds cheaper then anyone else including Tiger Airways.
Never used Jetstar domestic and heard they suck flying into QT!
AirNZ from Australia to QT must rock, I live in NZ yet I have to take two flights and it often costs more then to fly from Australia.
Yes they have taken away the 10kg sporting goods which is not good for us. They have allso redone their whole fare structure which I think is no good!
As for running out of chicken - allways happens try and get a seat near the front of the plane
