Hi i was just wondering what happens if i buy a snowboard and something is wrong from manufacture, like edges coming of or lamination cracks etc. How can i make the warranty valid, because i should ship it back but that would cost a fortune.

It depends on the brand. I know Smith warrantied items for international customers. it also depends on the local distributor if they want to handle your warranty claim. It's never guaranteed in regions outside of USA.
