A group is trying to start a Las Vegas league filled with 70 NBA players for next month.

I kind of hope their isn't one.  Basketball is pretty boring to watch unless it's the playoffs.  Maybe a new sport will take it's place like hockey or soccer

The premise was awesome it just wasn't marketed right and the way it was setup didn't maximize the potential.

I think the horrific injuries and probably the lawsuits stemming from them was the real downfall of the amazing sport of slamball.

It looked so sick, doing those crazy moves in the air before dunking it. Would be pretty cool if they actually had a gym like that but i can imagine how dangerous it is.

I've seen ads for a trampoline gym area they have in the Bay Area that looks similar but they have no hoops, and you can't even do flips into a foam pit they have next to the trampolines. They do play dodgeball but that doesn't seem like it'd be as fun as dunking.

did anyone catch KD, LBJ, Melo, CP3 or anyone in Bmore yesterday? I was trying to make it up there but i couldn't get out of work in time.  I think it's pretty awesome that they are doing this which is a direct result of this lockout.    They are playing in tiny gym arenas which gives it that pick up basketball feel.  Plus, every game teams have been dropping 150+ points.  I'm trying to see if anyone made it out there or to any of the local events they've been puttin on.

Thats the point, theres never defense in these games. Think of it as another all star game. Durant himself racked up like close to 60 points.

it's like the and1 bus tour with nba players..awsome!

know if anyone of them are going on a overseas tour? that'll be interesting, if they come to aus i'll deff go!
