The coupons usually come immediately after you hit the point threshold.

my email has not changed. My free tshirt and goggles were instant.

I asked staff in chat and was told it takes a few weeks which I thought was odd.

Is the system down? Like I said, I got an error page when I got to 3000.

Edit: just re-reading the email part. Do I have to have the original email that I used for signing up? Is that what you are saying?

yes thats correct, 1500=goggles 3000=binding

clearly I'm not the only one affected and it seems like the system is broken.

the threshold for a free board is 10,000 right? and the max price for that board is $450. but let's say you get a board that is just $299. can you buy another board with the left over balance or it just a one use thing?

still waiting for my goggles coupon as well >_<

It took a couple extra days but I got my free coupon goggles about a month and a half ago. 

finally, I have 200 points.

And how much is the discount?
Does the discount rate increase with more member points??

Wow I didn't know that my post got so many replies. And yeah I will definitely bring in some business. Some of my mates are all new to snowboarding and I have referred them to this website just as I was referred it by a friend. And I will be buy all my new gear from here as soon as I have the funds :D

Try logging out and log in again. Sometimes you may need to log out and close your browser then log in. That'll do the trick. good luck!

EDIT: might I add that it might not be one full day where trusnow.com is located. For me, I would have to log back in at 2AM my time (instead of 12AM) to get the daily points.

Sorry, I don't exactly know what you mean by "That guy" But I will use Edit post. I am sort of new to posting and stuff.
