Just bought a Sierra v-spot literally 5min ago :) I'm from Australia so it does cost me a pretty penny to ship things over, but it's almost my birthday so I figured I would spoil myself.
Anyone got a coupon code floating around that I could use to get a shirt or something while i've already got things to be shipped? You would basically be my hero for life.

so..... I'm an idiot... I paid for the board and shipping and everything, then added the shirt to my cart. Just realised I should have added the board plus the shirt to my cart and paid for it in one go. Any way I can now get around that? Seems now I have to pay double shipping. Damn!

And yeah, the v-spot is amazing... would have preferred it in the yellow or the magenta/aqua, but cos I'm so small I went with the pink 138. Still good but. Just that my other board is pinkish too...

I did contact them, they were the ones that said that once I had put my board order through, that they couldnt put the shirt in the same shipping order.

This is nothing new, Sierra didn't allow order changes/additions because they tried to get your order out as quickly as possible (usually less than 24 hours, most of the time late afternoon if you ordered in the morning) and the system in place made it very difficult to sort through to find a single order to make the changes. Not sure what type of system will be implemented when everything is settled but right now it seems they are still using the Sierra system.

This was ages ago now...I couldnt combine the two orders once they were complete so I didn't bother with the shirt. Also recieved my v-spot but it was damaged. Contacted trusnow various times and have not heard a thing, it's been around 2 months. Not happy.
