I spend just about all of my time in the park hitting lots of jibs and some kickers. Probably about 90% of my day on average is spent in the park. I'd like to ride some powder but my home resort doesn't get too many powder days.

it really depends on weather and snow conditions, if there is fresh dump of pow I'm going to hunt it down and ride it all day until it gets pitted with tracks. If there hasn't been a recent snowfall I'll take my chances riding all over the hill and make my way into the park then hit a couple groomers if I get bored just to mix things a little instead however no matter what the conditions are I'm always going to have fun riding period.

Anywhere that has fresh pow! Groomers just seem like a big waste of time unless you're looking for a warm-up run. Also love the glades and hitting up the park every now and then.

I hit the mountain real early and do some super charged speed runs on black & blue groomed trails. Once that's all chopped (1-2 hrs), I do some moguls or tree runs or just try my luck at the park for some jumps. If I'm with friends and family, we just take it easy cruising around trying new things. Wink Have lunch and go at it again...

It is all good. I particularly like trying stuff I can't do or can't do well so that I can progress and then mix it in with stuff that I can take it easier on.

I'm personally a fan of backcountry. There is nothing more exhilarating than not knowing what is around the next corner. But of course, I'd never turn down a good powder run.

Everywhere, but park and pow are favorites. And I agree with wittman, tree riding is great. It's like all sorts of terrain blended together, you can jib logs, ride hard pack trails everyone before you had carved out, powder, or crud (it can be fun)

Powder days are by far the best :) At Dodge Ridge where I work if there are very few lessons in the morning we can get on the lifts at 8 with the Ski patrol as long as we are in uniform and we can usually get the back side off Chair in the shots and do 2 or 3 runs before any regular patrons can get there which is absolutely amazing on blue bird days. I'm so ready for this season.
