Yes I have paddle boarded on a friends board on my lake. Raced a canoe all the way out to the island and back which is almost a mile

Why don't cell phones have a function to not only reject an incoming call, but also to block the caller from leaving a voicemail?

Yes, the app I use is called Mr Number, you can either pick selection such as pick up and hang up, send straight to voicemail, etc., ever heard of it?
